CONDOLENCE MESSAGE FROM SOUTHERN NIGERIA YOUTH CONGRESS
Akure, Ondo State — The National Director of Information for the Southern Nigeria Youth Congress, Comrade Afe Adegboyega, has extended heartfelt condolences to the management, staff, students, and the entire community of Adekunle Ajasin University (AAUA) in Akungba-Akoko over the tragic road accident that claimed the lives of six individuals and left several others injured.
Comrade Adegboyega said the incident is a devastating loss, praying for strength and solace for the bereaved families, friends, and the university community during this difficult time. “Our hearts go out to all affected by this heartbreaking tragedy. May the souls of the departed rest in perfect peace, and may the injured recover swiftly,”
We call on the Ondo State Government to take urgent and proactive steps to address the recurring road accidents that have claimed countless lives. “It’s time for decisive action—better road maintenance, stricter enforcement of traffic laws, and investment in safer transportation infrastructure. We cannot continue to lose our youth and citizens to preventable mishaps,”
