CITY BOY MOVEMENT EXTENDS EID-EL-FITR GREETINGS, URGES SUPPORT FOR TINUBU’S AGENDA

The City Boy Movement in Ondo State has extended warm felicitations to Muslim faithful across the state, Nigeria, and the global community on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
In a press statement signed by its State Director, Femi Ayejusunle, the group described Ramadan as a sacred period characterized by spiritual reflection, fasting, prayer, charity, and self-discipline. It expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for granting Muslims the grace to witness the end of the holy month and celebrate Eid.
The youth-driven support group, which champions the Renewed Hope Agenda of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, noted that Eid-el-Fitr symbolizes not only the conclusion of fasting but also a renewed commitment to values such as patience, generosity, empathy, and unity.
According to the statement, these virtues remain essential to fostering national cohesion and collective progress, especially in a diverse country like Nigeria.
The group also reiterated its support for the Tinubu administration, highlighting ongoing efforts in economic reform, security improvement, infrastructure development, and inclusive growth. It called on Nigerians, irrespective of religious affiliation, to support government initiatives aimed at building a stronger and more prosperous nation.
While congratulating Muslims on the successful completion of Ramadan, the City Boy Movement urged continued prayers for peace, stability, and progress in the country.
The statement concluded with prayers for Allah’s acceptance of acts of worship during Ramadan, forgiveness of shortcomings, and divine guidance for the nation’s leaders.
“May this Eid bring blessings, good health, peace, and prosperity to all,” the statement added.
