OLABIMTAN UNFORTUNATE OUTBURST, SMIRCH OF INTEGRITY AND HIS ROBE OF UNGRATEFULNESS

Rt. Hon. Victor Olabimtan and his unguarded outburst on the National TV regarding the person of Distinguished Senator Jimoh Ibrahim Ph.D (Cantab) OFR, CFR who is in court to challenge the charade called APC Primary Election on April 20, 2024 should be condemned by all right thinking democrats in the polity.

It’s an incontrovertible fact that politics is a game of interest but such must not be without the sanctity of clear conscience, integrity and every indices that make great leadership qualities.

It’s not gainsaying that Rt. Hon. Victor Olabimtan is denuded of integrity as he exuded such an unbridled ungratefulness to smear the image of a man he once ran to in the wake of the first term of his friend and leader, Late Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu Odunayo.

The same Araba you called names today facilitated your continued relevance in Aketi government. No one says you can’t pitch your tent with any political camp but when you’re doing that, must you throw caution into the wind by breaking the ladder you once used to climb the places of prominence?

Indeed, Rt. Hon. Victor Olabimtan has proved according to Proverb 6:2 he’s been trapped by what he said, ensnared by the words of his mouth.

Internet don’t like. The history of his electoral thievery is in the news starting from his foray into politics. We can’t forget in haste newspapers report of how he led policemen to kill, snatch Ballot boxes during one of the Ondo election.

Why would you not go berserk on media space justifying what every Democrats are condemning?

Up and coming politicians will find themselves in the landmine of disintegrity learning from your political cul-de-sac.

I pity those you’re hobnobbing with today just because you want to be relevant in the polity. Obviously, tomorrow you will betray your conscience and bite the fingers that feed you.
