Eid-el-Fitr: Sunshine Grassroots Network, SGN, calls for Unity; backs Renewed Hope Agenda 
The Sunshine Grassroots Network (SGN), a grassroots-driven platform anchored on its guiding principle of development for all, extends warm greetings to Muslim faithfuls across Ondo State, Nigeria, and the wider global muslim community as they celebrate Eid-el-Fitr.
Eid-el-Fitr, which signifies the end of the holy month of Ramadan, represents a profound period of spiritual rejuvenation, sacrifice, discipline, and compassion. It is a moment that reinforces the shared human values of tolerance, generosity, peaceful coexistence, and unwavering faith in the collective good.
In a statement issued by its Director General, Hon. Dayo Awude, the Network acknowledged the significance of these virtues in fostering national unity and social stability, especially at a time when Nigeria continues to navigate critical phases of growth and transformation.
“Eid is not only a celebration but a reminder of the responsibilities we owe one another as citizens – responsibilities rooted in peace, understanding, and service to humanity,” the statement noted.
The Sunshine Grassroots Network further reaffirmed its strong alignment with the Renewed Hope Agenda of Presudent Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing it as a forward-looking policy framework designed to stimulate economic recovery, strengthen institutions, and expand opportunities for all Nigerians, particularly at the grassroots level.
As a movement actively working towards the re-election of President Tinubu, SGN emphasises the need for continuity in leadership to sustain ongoing reforms and consolidate developmental strides across key sectors of the economy.
The Network also urged Nigerians, regardless of religious or political differences, to embrace dialogue, mutual respect, and unity of purpose in building a more inclusive and prosperous nation.
As Muslims celebrate this important festival, the Sunshine Grassroots Network wishes all faithful a peaceful and fulfilling Eid, praying that the season brings renewed hope, progress, and lasting prosperity to every home.
