A Front line Aspirant for the APC April Governorship primary election in Ondo state, Professor Francis Adedayo Faduyile will be a servant leader and not a boss if given the ticket to contest as the party’s candidate in the November Gubernatorial election.
Though born and bred with all the aroma of royalty as a Prince of Abodi Ikale, his choice of simplicity and modesty separated him apart for service to humanity.
The Professor of Medicine turned Politician and immediate past Adviser on Health to Late Governor Rotimi Akeredolu had by his antecedents and performance chart in previous State and National assignments proved himself as a man who had adopted service to humanity as a calling that is worth sacrificing for.
As Professor Faduyile steps out to campaign for the APC governorship ticket come April 25th, it is imperative to state unequivocally that the ever Smiling, humane and characteristically gentle Prince will lead with purpose to create high performance culture, staff engagement and strategic success.
As a man of honour with a calling to serve humanity, Professor Dayo Faduyile if given the ticket to fly the APC flag in the November governorship election, will identify success factors, remove barriers and eliminate wasted resources and efforts in the governance of Ondo state.
His government if finally elected as the next governor of the Sunshine state from February 2025, will be in line with the philosophy of Robert H Greenleaf on the true brand identity of a servant leader. *The servant Leader is servant first. It begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first.* The conscious choice brings one to aspire to lead.
That intentional consciousness to serve and to be ready to lead by example at all times will be the plank upon which the administration of Professor Francis Adedayo Faduyile will be anchored on. A government that will see the people as it’s mirror, striving at all times to create an atmosphere for each individual, be it from the North, South, East and West of the entire Ondo state to fulfill their dreams of existence.
That servant leadership culture will be the blue print of Professor Adedayo Faduyile’s government if elected as the next governor of Ondo state by God’s grace and people’s support through a good choice manifested in wise voting for the right man.
