AKOKO BYE ELECTION, PDP WILL WIN. OHANEZE ASSURED CHIEF SOLA EBISENI AS HE JOINED THE CAMPAIGN TRAIN TO DIFFERENT INTEREST GROUPS OF NON – INDIGENES IN THE FEDERAL CONSTITUECY

There are all indications that the PDP will sweep the Akoko North East/ Akoko North West Federal Constituency Bye election.
The Bye election which is scheduled to hold this Saturday 3rd of February, 2024 to replace the member who resigned to become a minister in President Bola Tinubu cabinet.
The campaign council of the PDP while rounding up their campaigns in all the nooks and crannies of the 23 wards of the Federal Constituency met with the different interest groups of the Non-indigenes and particularly the Ohaneze Ndigbo.
The candidate of the PDP, Hon. Lekan Bada, who pleaded with the group to give him their votes was warmly received by the group. While addressing the group, Chief Olusola Nehemiah Ebiseni (ONE) who spoke with the people at the Campaigns sought for the Igbos to come out emmass and cast their votes for PDP candidate Lekan Bada on Saturday 3, February 2024. Chief Sola Ebiseni, who spoke to the group is a member of the Campaign Advisory Committee and a gubernatorial hopeful of the PDP in the forthcoming governorship election.
Addressing the Ndigbos in Ikare Akoko at the event which took place inside the Igbos Hall, Chief Ebiseni called on the Ndigbo to come out enmass to support, mobilise and vote Hon. Lekan Bada. Chief Ebiseni who spoke in Igbo language advocated for the principles of equity and justice in the Nigerian polity.The leader of the group Ohaneze Ndigbo in the Federal Constituency assured Chief Ebiseni that all the votes of Non-Indigenes and the Ndigbo in particular are for Hon.Lekan Bada and nothing shall change it.
However, Hon. Ebenezer Alabi a former State Chairman of the PDP and the Chairman of the Campaign Council appreciated the people for their firm support and assurance. Mr Lekan Bada promised not to disappoint the people when he is finally given the mandate.
